John & Tammy: San Diego's Morning Show

16 years ago this week Heath Ledger died of an accidental drug overdose.  He was just 28 years old.  Shortly after he dies he won an Oscar for playing what famous Batman villain?

NFL playoffs, Tammy's surgery, Elle King getting heat for Dolly performance and John surprises his mom.

Producer Jessica had some stuff she had to get off her chest this morning during "That's All I Need to Know About You." Specifically, she needed to vent about the music her husband was playing over and over again last night!

A lot of people were talking about Elle King after she seemed to be a little inebriated during her performance on New Year's Eve but kind of brushed it off because... well... it was New Year's Eve. But over the weekend the conversation began again after her performance at a celebration for Dolly Parton's birthday. Is she okay?

John went into a CVS the other day and was shocked by the behavior of a dog a woman brought into the store. He growled at people and whined the entire time. This dog wasn't a service animal, should he have been allowed in the CVS?

Tammy is going to be laid up for the next week and not able to do much but watch TV. She needs some suggestions on what to watch and since true crime documentaries and docuseries are so popular right now, we took some suggestions on what she should binge watch this week. There is one show that immediately came out as the top recommendation....

John took a quick trip to Rochester, New York this weekend for a very special reason. It was his mother's 80th birthday and he surprised her with a visit. Her reaction was too sweet for words!

Jennifer Coolidge won another Emmy last week for her role on HBO's The White Lotus but is also pretty famous for playing WHOSE Mom in the American Pies movies?

Ed O'Neill was offered a job in Organized Crime after he was cut by the Pittsburgh Steelers.in 1969.  Ed went on the be a star as Ed Bundy on Married with BLANK?

Pregnancy cravings, John's intervention and Blockbuster's big mistake.
