John & Tammy: San Diego's Morning Show

Last week we posted a video of John and Tammy reciting famous monologues from movies and asked you to tell us who is the better actor. After a weekend of voting the results are in! And the best actor on a San Diego country morning show award goes to....

If you say things like "bless your heart," "I'm not judging" or "I'm not gossiping, I'm telling you so you can pray for them".... that's all I need to know about you!

This morning's Padres Minute wasn't all good news as we said thank and goodbye to Craig Stammen who most likely will be finishing his pitching career due to injury this weekend. On the brighter side, John talked about opening day and the fact he already has an outfit picked out for the big day!

We had ABC Meteorologist, and GIANT Vanderpump Rules fan, Megan Perry on this morning to explain it all to us.

If you think you are better than me just because you have a degree... that's all I need to know about you!

Meet Tye. When Tye was younger he decided to take up the guitar in order to impress a girl. Turns out he's pretty good at it. So what happened when he went to see Old Dominion and asked to play with a band on stage? It ended up being an epic night for the man!

With the Academy Awards this weekend celebrating the best in movies, we wanted to test out our own acting skills to see if they are up to par. So both John and Tammy took a famous scene from a movie and did their own rendition of it. Who do you think should go home with the Oscar?

Did you know that in the history of the Oscars, there are only six country songs that have ever been nominated for Best Original Song? This morning Tammy played us clips from each of those songs. Do you know the song? More importantly, do you know what movies they are from?
