John Varvatos knows a thing or two about building a business. He started out working in fashion at 16 and started his own men's clothing store after graduating from college.

He moved on to a couple of stints at Ralph Lauren and then Calvin Klein, where him and his team invented the boxer brief!

He went out on his own and started the John Varvatos brand, which was massively successful and then recently started the fashion brand OTD.
