Today I have with me Dr. Mo Mobasseri, cosmetic dentist to the stars and Premier League and all-round great guy.

When I visited his practice on Wimpole Street, I didn’t feel like I needed dental work. I sat down, and seven fillings later, it became clear that my smile wasn’t everything I thought it would be.

Having studied dentistry in Germany in 2001, Dr. Mobasseri brought his talents to the UK - and we’ve been smiling better ever since.

From Invisalign to Six-Month Smile to pretty much every cutting edge cosmetic dental procedure you can think of, he’s got plenty of plaques on his wall but leaves none on his patients’ gums.

He’s an internationally renowned dental practitioner who is a proud member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the German Dental Association (DZAEK).

Dr. Mobasseri also has a formidable reputation amongst TV personalities, celebrities, and footballers. So he distributes winning smiles in more ways than one;.

Smiling is important. People judge you on how you smile and portray confidence when they meet you.

Dental work has a stigma for being expensive and invasive, but that’s not the case anymore. If you feel insecurities about your smile, modern procedures are a lot gentler and more cost-effective than you might think.

Teeth might seem like a minor or inconsequential part of your image, but I bet you check the mirror most days and pick out imperfections, wishing they would magically vanish. The miracle obviously never arrives - but you don’t have to invest much to make it happen yourself.

I am all about self-improvement, both on my own terms and when helping my students develop their social acumen. On those grounds, it’s a no-brainer having a chat with Ben about his story.

Today I’m bringing in my fellow colleague and style guru to talk about clothing, confidence, and creating a look.

Dayle Best is one of the best personal stylists in London, and it’s always an honour getting to sit down and pick his brains about what makes people tick when it comes to picking clothes.

Dayle is a former colleague of mine who has sat down with my clients and helped them redefine their personal brand for many years.

He’s a top-tier stylist who helps men refine their image and define their look. But simply helping people buy new clothes isn’t his aim - instead, he gives them the skillset to come up with their own style and be self-sufficient in expressing themselves through what they wear.

Dayle aims to take individuals on a journey through their confidence, which is why he plays a key role in my outfit.

He grew up in Hackney in the Eighties, where style was king and played a huge role in dancing, music, and culture. After studying footwear at college, he began designing it himself.

Dayle became attracted to creating clothes and looking a particular way without needing the means to do so. His mum taught him how to make various items of clothing, bringing patterns home from Woolworths (RIP) and learning how to play with them and move the designs around.

While some people dismiss the idea of having a strong image as “shallow” or “surface level”, how you present yourself to the world is central to defining how people see you and the way you feel.

Captivating musicians have a powerful ability to connect directly to people’s souls. I was lucky enough to have Billy Lockett on as a guest, whose beautiful voice and musicianship are amongst the most engaging out there at the moment.

There’s a lot to learn from the ins and outs of a musician’s journey to being heard. It was a privilege to have him share his story on the channel.

Billy is a musician and writer operating at the peak of his powers. He also happens to be a great friend of mine.

Billy has toured with ELO and, perhaps more impressively, is selling out his own tour dates across the UK and Europe. He also racks up 1.2 million monthly listeners on Spotify.

On my recent adventure to L.A., he happened to be there at the same time. As I was departing on my flight home, he was performing on James Corden’s show.

But Billy hasn’t had a breeze through the world of music. He’s faced up to addiction and even being signed to a label led to its own problems.

He only fully started to enjoy the amazing life he’s built once he took ownership of who he was and developed some self-awareness about his potential for rebuilding.
