The biggest opportunity for you to tell your story to the JCI world is through award writing. The purpose of this episode is to inspire you to start documenting all those memorable moments, so that when it comes to generating those award submissions, you will be prepared.

We get to hear from JCI Canada's 2019 Chapter President of the Year, Trevor McTavish, for some real 'Success in Action'. He talks about purpose, making connections, using your network for support, learning opportunities, and he also provides some encouragement for 2021 leaders. With so many unknowns ahead of us, JCI provides an awesome network of knowledge, support, and creativity.
