Hosted by Harry Rosenblum,of HRN’s Time for Lunch and Feast Yr Ears, this program is all about exploring our modern relationship to ancient fermentation techniques and how to make them a part of your life.

Mary and Harry will also be joined by Lily Harris, a Holistic Health Practitioner and recipe developer; and Peter Kim, the Founding Director of the Museum of Food and Drink.
