  • episode 9 - more hurdles and twitter thursday
yesterday and today were absolutely insane, nerves were super high it was hard to manage.
today on twitter thursday i found the project 'buy buy drugs' and listened to their self-titled album (https://open.spotify.com/album/0e6pZjzNUd30dDq1SPGrc4). i really think that kind of sound could be important for the label and i'm trying to find a similar sound of that.
i also went to yung lean's concert on Tuesday and yesterday i would've probably talked about him and the song 'red bottom sky', since it's so addictive (even with the insane amount of choruses).

  • episode 3 - i'm changing everything again and there's a song in the end lolz
i was watching a ulay interview (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3e8yXmXXNaU) and decided i wasn't on the right path. i was merely doing what i was supposed to, trying to build a decent website, trying to create decent cd sleeves, have accessible ideas. but that's not what i want, that's not what i'm missing in the current industry. i decided to invest in acting out a persona, the ideal demo records owner. she is uncompromisable in her mission. she knows she will only fail if under her own beliefs and convictions. there's a song in the end that i did with absolutely no self-judgement, i really just tried to enjoy the process (that hadn't happened in a while).

  • episode 2 - cd sleeves and saatchi gallery
day two of podcast and mission towards demo records empire was focused on cd sleeve workshop with myself (and jordan peterson on youtube, oc!!).

during the afternoon i went to the saatchi gallery and was surprised by the variety of content. i wrote some names down to check out later: Alexander Calder, Makiko Kudo, Arsenal Savadov, Pyotr Pavlensky and Oleg Kulik.
i also have a mini, slightly useless rant on alfred adler. but what i meant to say is really well explained in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t3TbSjZ_fxc
i want to work on my story telling abilities, which now are so close to being a pile of poop. please bare with me as i will try my best to keep improving.
