UFC 287 was last night, and it delivered some solid fights. I'll go over the fights and break the notable fight down. Jump in the chat and let me hear your opinion. BKFC and UFC were over the weekend and I was able to catch most of the fights. I have to admit I was very wrong about Chito beating Sandhagen. Sandhagen completely outclassed Vera and should have won a major decision. MMA scoring makes no sense so it was ruled a split dec. I've said it before and I'll say it a lot tonight. The scoring will never be fixed as long as the UFC holds its monopoly over MMA.

March Matness was in full effect this past weekend with the NCAA Wrestling tournament going down. I'll talk a little about the event and the 2 boilermakers that earned All-American status. UFC and Bellator both had events over the weekend and I was able to catch almost every fight. Both events were solid and had some surprising finishes. It's starting to look like the Bellator fighters might have more skill than their UFC counterparts but they earn considerably less and the Bellator promotion can't compete with how much revenue the UFC brings in.
