This week at Compass Worship we conclude our journey through the book of Jonah. In Jonah 4 we are going to see that what God cares about above all else is people. Not perfect people, but all people. He is a gracious and compassionate God who slow in anger and abounding in love. Jonah had just been a part of a nations revival and yet he is angry and upset because God relented and the people he despised were saved. Jonah was more focused on his comfort, his desire, his perceived way things should happen that his heart was turned from God's heart. We are reminded throughout Jonah's life that even when our attitudes and emotions are changing about God, God's character never changes. God never stops seeking to turn and save all mankind.
Listen to Ian, Isaiah, Van and Kyah as they share their thoughts and takeaways from Jonah 4 .
Our hope and prayer is that through the Beyond the Building podcast you would continue the conversation of God's Word in your home, on your campus, in your workplace and neighborhood so His gospel can be shared with all.
