Moonlight Mile are an American Alt-Country Bluegrass Rock band formed in Sandy Hook, Kentucky in 2021. The band was formed by guitarist/vocalist/songwriter Jonathan Pennington and dobroist Shane Johnson. Their music is inspired by a wide variety of artists and musical styles—from The Rolling Stones to the Stanley Brothers, and are proudly and intentionally a reality check for mainstream country and fedora-wearing folk country hipster posers alike.
