What's up Youtube. So today I heard this interesting quote from Tony Robbins. He said that most people over estimate what they can do in a year but under estimate what they can accomplish in a decade. This is perfect timing being that I'm at the year mark for starting my own business. I didn't hit all of the goals that I wanted to but I did do well for myself. What's important to remember is that although I didn't hit all my goals for this year, I shouldn't give up. Play the long game.

Yeah I know that you've all been at this point when you work hard but get NO recognition. This is one of those interesting topics especially for creatives. Often times what we think is great and awesome might be seen by others as just okay. You've just completed your master piece and you get that blank meh type of reaction. That's the worst. Then you do something half hearted and people act like it's the greatest thing since pants with pockets. So, how do you deal with not getting recognized at work. Well from my experience you keep going. Hard work and success in life is a roller coaster ride. Might as well enjoy it!

He was saying the as an entrepreneur we have to break the rules to get to the places we wish. We don't have to follow society norms and what everyone else thinks you should be doing.
