"Farm to table" is a phrase that is used a lot by restaurants and quite frankly, doesn't mean much. But when it come to Jonathan Willis, it's his way of life.

Not only does Jon own an authentic farm to table restaurant, he spends his hours away from the kitchen consulting with local farmers so that they can create a viable and authentic business.
