Here is the recording from my set in the Mixmag Lab LA on May 4, 2017. What a pleasure it was to share the stage that night with the talented Superpoze, and play in the world reknown Mixmag Lab <3

It's 3 days before Christmas in New York City, and I'm welcomed to a packed room of beautiful faces at the infamous Provocateur. I wanted to make this a really fun set, and my intention of the night was to leave every person on the dance floor smiling. I hope you enjoy the recording :)

On “Fire,” the latest in the ‘Discovery Project Releases’ series, producers @maliomusic and @jonnie-king find a meeting point where both artists can flaunt their unique sounds collectively and individually. “Fire” features an infectious bounce held down by a funky, minimal bassline and accented by rolling percussion and raga vocals as the melodic breakdown rises into a sweaty and driving finish.

The sun has risen. We have all spent the night celebrating the incredible union of the newlyweds, Kate and Benjamin. Hello again! As you may have noticed (or not), it's been nearly 3 months since I put out a new King Tape due to an extremely busy schedule. This was the longest gap I've had between releases, as the past few years have been on a monthly basis.

After spending some time in Tulum earlier this year, I came home with new inspiration. Lately I've been playing a lot of downtempo, ethnic / worldly music, so I wanted to build out a story with some of my favorites. The result is what I can proudly say is quite possibly my favorite King Tape yet. I hope you feel the same. As always, enjoy the ride. xx
