Rather than delve into philosophical matters in this episode, I have chosen to give a relaxing demonstration of a combination of ASMR and informal self hypnosis. I question and explore the validity of the actual existence of a “Self”.

I spend the majority of this recording talking about my thoughts on our current digital state of ongoing surveillance and how it has influenced my decisions in the past and will continue to influence my decisions in the future. This topic, for any citizen who is the least bit concerned about their privacy will likely become much more in the forefront of our collective conscience.
