The purpose behind this cafe turned bakery was to make the low carb lifestyle an easy, enjoyable, sustainable and healthy journey for its rapidly growing audience. Only months after opening, the pandemic forced them to pivot and permanently adapt their business model in order to continue thriving. No longer a café, they are now focusing their efforts on baked goods! Cafe Wist has partnered with several local businesses to make their products available in many parts of the province.
