With over 20+ years of experience, Jordan Koop has worked with a range of artists including alt country superstar Orville Peck, the punk rock power trio and past guests Invasives, and one of our favorite BC rock bands Dead Soft. 

On this episode, we join Koop at at his remote studio The Noise Floor on Gabriola Island, a 25 minute ferry ride from Nanaimo, BC, where we delve into his production methodology, the distinction between a producer and a recorder, and the unique qualities of the studio.
