Jordan On 3

After a difficult 2024, these 2025 Carolina Panthers hope a healthier defense and an upward trending Bryce Young can deliver a competitive team in an NFC South that could be up for grabs.

The Saints 2024 set records in early September then ran into a number of injuries and attrition over the rest of the season. Heading into the 2025 season they made moves to shift the direction of the franchise and hopefully provide a spark in the bayou. In this episode we parse through what went wrong last season, what they did to fix it and what pieces that are still on the roster to get excited about and why.

All of Howie's moves were paid off in 2024 by taking home the Lombardi. As is the case in professional sports, once you reach the mountain top it's time to shift your focus on how to get back there the following season. While many key pieces are still in place, this team also lost several important players over the off season. Here, we examine if they have enough in place to return to the promised land.

Simply put, the Commanders 2024 season was magical. Stunning opponents and fans with a high powered offense, aggressive 4th down decisions, and a rookie quarterback that was must see TV the moment he set foot on an NFL Field. From the "Hail Maryland" miracle in week 8 to a jaw dropping divisional round upset in Detroit over the Lions, the Commanders were one of the NFL's heroes in 2024. But now with all the eyes on them and attrition setting in...can they, and how do they take that next step?

Aiming to improve on a lack luster 2024, the Cowboys moved on from head coach Mike McCarthy and hired Brian Schottenheimer to turn things around in 2025. Is there enough in Dallas that can facilitate a rebound? How good can the 2025 cowboys be?

The New York Football Giants had a forgettable 2024. With head coach Brian Daboll on the hot seat, highly touted draft pick Abdul Carter, Malik Nabers in his second year and Russel Wilson on the team, there's still a lot to watch in 2025...even if it might not be the prettiest viewing experience.
