In this series on THE PROCESS OF A LEADER, we're talking about the attributes of someone who has embraced sonship. Sonship is at the heart of my new book and in this podcast, we'll talk about three characteristics you won't find in every leader in the Kingdom today, although I certainly wish we would. Let's make it our prayer that these attributes are ones that we develop and ultimately, that we lead like Jesus!

The life of David has always intrigued me. In this podcast, we'll talk about King David or should we say "young David"
God takes a shepherd boy and anoints him to be king.
Why?
We'll talk about his calling, his anointing, how he leads, his posture of repentance and honesty, the way he honored authority and more. Here's Part 1 of The Process of a Leader, David, Part 1
So many pastors and leaders in the Kingdom are rowing instead of sailing. It reminds me of Galatians 3 when Paul said "Who bewitched you that you began in grace and faith and are now striving in works..."
We must remember that when the Spirit prompts us in a new direction, THERE we find not only the greatest momentum but also the greatest joy!
