Dr. Baltz shares what he believes are "echos of the Exodus" in Jewish legendary texts and the writings of Josephus. Do these texts reveal the Pharaoh of the Exodus and the Egyptian princess who rescued baby Moses from the Nile?

Dr. Baltz also discusses the use of astronomy in conjunction with these texts for dating the Exodus and Joshua's conquest of the Promised Land based on the incident of Joshua commanding the sun to stand still during the battle of Gibeon (Joshua 10:12).
