From an athletic family with a special lineage of success, Josh was always outside playing sports from a young age. Football wasn’t his first love, and it wasn’t until he moved to Alabama that he started to really play competitively. A 2 Star recruit, not having much experience on the D Line but still leading the state in sacks, he went on to play at Kentucky where he became SEC player of the year.
