Josh Barnett joins the podcast for the second time on episode 118. Josh is a former UFC Heavyweight champion and current belt holder for catch wrestling. Josh also is a coach of an incredible fight team, and we went out to the UFC gym in La Mirada CA to watch Josh train his team.
