Moral tales? Many attack the Bible’s credibility with “gotcha” verses pointing out apparent contradictions, which only reveals a naivety and ignorance in failing to read the Bible on its own terms. The fundamental key to understanding the Bible is simply this: that the Bible is NOT a recorded history of man’s understanding of God. But if not that, then what is it?
