Meet Josh, a very close friend of mine who I constantly give credit to as having the most insane physique to have ever come out of NZ. The interesting part? He's not in the fitness industry. He doesn't have a "Following". He doesn't even have social media!
When I say this man is one of the most interesting people I've ever met, I mean it. The man is an enigma and there has never been I time where I have had a conversation with this guy and haven't left thinking about life to some degree.
