So after a few people said this would be a good idea, Josh and I decided we would sit down and talk about clear red flags in men that should be avoided. It was a bit of a laugh but there are some genuinely solid bits of advice in this as well. We both hope this will help a lot of women out there that fall into these traps with men that can often be hard to get out of.

The unknown Athlete is back. Josh recently ran 100km for both charity and to simply test himself as he always wanted to give it a go.  Furthermore, he only gave himself 2 weeks to prepare for it. In this episode he explains how he did it and what kind of mental discipline it takes to do it.

Meet Josh, a very close friend of mine who I constantly give credit to as having the most insane physique to have ever come out of NZ. The interesting part? He's not in the fitness industry. He doesn't have a "Following". He doesn't even have social media! 

When I say this man is one of the most interesting people I've ever met, I mean it. The man is an enigma and there has never been I time where I have had a conversation with this guy and haven't left thinking about life to some degree.

Being able to make good decisions is a fundamental part of life. However, what is a good decision? I believe a good decision is an informed decision. 

In this episode I explain exactly how I make important decisions without making the mistake of thinking my decision is the right one without having questioned it. I've used this exact method for everything, especially when it comes to investing.

For years I hide behind the statement "I'm a good person". I'd say it as justification for not acknowledging or working on some bad traits I had within me.

The fact is, you can't use the good in you as an argument to compensate for the bad in you. If you're doing this subconsciously, this video is for you.
