Busy Being Black was awarded funding from the European Cultural Foundation and Wellcome Trust, and live recordings of the podcast have taken place at the British Film Institute, NYC Pride and Black Tech Fest. He was named one of the UK's most influential communications professionals in PRWeek's 2022 Power Book.
