Brandon and I go way back. We grew up together and played music together often in Okinawa, Japan. He's now the lead singer of a band called As Alliance, which is based out of Okinawa but performs all over Asia.  We talk about music, martial arts, and Japan. Bo is a US Navy officer who is cross training to be a fighter pilot. We went to high school together and share some of the same interests, so we catch up, I ask him some questions about being in the cockpit of jets, we talk about the military, and go over fitness as well when I ask him about his crossfit training.  During this episode we may or may not have indulged in some whiskey and beer, so the middle/end of the podcast may come off a bit different.
