Joshua Lindsey Utah is the Managing Partner of American Business Brokers. Harboring nearly a decade and a half in Mergers & Acquisitions, he took one of his personal companies public in 2006 and has sold more than $130 million in small businesses since.

Joshua’s exceptional business acumen has allowed him to position and sell businesses at values ranging from $100,000 to a whopping $50,000,000. Some of these transactions have included financial services companies, online eCommerce stores, furniture companies, advertising agencies, insurance agencies, medical supply companies, SaaS providers, manufacturing & distribution, franchises, and logistics.

Joshua also owns and manages PHX Private Equity Inc., a service that purchases businesses nationwide with private capital. This allows customers to talk directly to someone who is able to purchase their business as soon as possible; this gives them the distinction of being the only brokerage that has its own equity/capital group specifically dedicated to buying businesses.
