Not too many people know but when I was transitioning out of my old partnership with my Digital Agency, I interned for Jesse De Leon for 3 months.  I wanted to get into the dirt of how this guy was making so much money on Amazon, Wayfair, Etsy, and Ebay.  

He is considered one of the most successful e-comm entrepreneurs here in the Rio Grande Valley. 

On this episode, I chat with Pitmaster Joel from Teddy's Barbecue (ex Pitmaster of the Trendy spot Smokin' Moon).  I've followed his journey for some time now and I'm happy to see he found a good home in Weslaco for his new restaurant.

I ask him about ego in this episode and he talks about his journey as a humble hardworking Father and Husband and just going where life takes him.
