Joshua Phillips could have been just another statistic having been misunderstood in school and facing a life of hard labour. However it was something his foreman said to him while labouring at the Mt Smart Stadium as a teenager that turned his life around. He then embarked on a journey towards education and this decision to do so has made Joshua a agent of change in the lives of many communities and workplaces he has led.
