I speak with Bruce Foster about his living experience with multiple sclerosis. He is an inspiration not only to me but also to his vibrant Jetski community which he leads with a podcast and youtube channel Jetski Republic 

Kurt Foessel is a man of faith and action. It was a privilege to sit with Kurt Foz and talk about how he has dealt with many challenges both personal and work wise and how he utilises various strategies to maintain wellness.

Donna Davis  shares her story of being a NZ Police Officer.  She helped many people to carry their trauma, and this was part of her job. This story speaks about her resilience and courage as she comes to a point in her career where she is confronted to deal with her own trauma and what is known as secondary trauma. Leilani is a accomplished NRL footballer, husband and father.  However it is his personal battle with pornography that had consumed his life after being sexually abused, and how he has come to terms with dealing to this addiction that is remarkable. This is a incredible story of courage and resiliency and how men can overcome the sinister lure of pornography in their lives through Faith, support of loved ones and personal discipline.

Cole Lemalu shares his journey with fitness and bringing his passion for wellness into the community. He also highlights the importance of thinking 'smartly' about your training and how there are genetic, cultural and physical aspects to your training that need to be considered.
