Abigail Kochunas is a trauma-informed reiki specialist, an artist and a published poet, and actor.  She describes herself as having gone from trauma "survivor to thriver." She understands the delicate nature and importance of both trauma recovery and spiritual awakening at a human scale - having the experience of that lived-in experience.
