IT WAS WRITTEN in the stars for Jota today as our returning Portuguese star clinched the all important third goal at Fir Park to send the visiting fans home happy.

It was an emotional moment for the winger and you could see just how much it meant to him as he celebrated with the supporters.

Overall it was a game that the Bhoys were well in control of thanks to first half goals from Daizen Maeda and Adam Idah before Jota rounded off the scoring.
