Apparently, I'm the Problem.
In this episode of Joty Kay Uncut, I'm talking about something I've noticed for years: every few years, somebody decides I'm the villain.
From being told I'm "too American" for Punjabis and "too Punjabi" for Americans, to dealing with people who seem more invested in my life than their own, I'm sharing my thoughts on what it's like being an outspoken woman online.
We get into internet criticism, double standards, hypocrisy, why I choose to speak up instead of staying quiet, and why having an opinion seems to bother some people more than actual bad behavior.
And because life can't be serious all the time, I wrap things up with a little dating update, including my recent adventures navigating the dating world and why I'm starting to think finding a normal man might be harder than building a social media career.
Grab a coffee, go for a walk, or join me on your commute. This one's equal parts rant, reflection, and reality check.
