I'm sharing a very intimate recording - my first recording ever. 
Before the podcast... before medications... before therapy... before I got help. This is where it all began. July 15th 2021. The day I lost everything. The day I thought my life was over. Two days before I wanted to take my own life...  my thoughts consumed me so much. But - this was not the end of my story, it was only the beginning.. 
Please seek out treatment/help if you are experiencing suicidal thoughts - there is hope & you are not broken. I love you. xoxo c.
