In this episode, I am sharing some thoughts that have been on my mind: from parenting in the age of social media to why protecting children online should be a priority.
I talk about influencer culture, the importance of children's consent and privacy, and what our actions teach kids when they do NOT match the values we say we have. I also discuss the reality of online predators, why I believe parents need to be more aware of the content they share, and why these conversations matter now more than ever.
I also share my personal perspective on some public discussions surrounding Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota, including their actions that left me with questions.
To lighten things up, I catch you up on life lately, share a few funny stories, and explain why I have been watching a lot less TV.
Whether you are a parent, single and childless, enjoy conversations about social media and influencer culture, or just want to hang out for an honest chat, I hope you will join me!

In this episode I reflect on a recent trip to Connecticut with my mom. I share my ongoing journey of letting go of perfectionism and embracing the person God created me to be. We talk about the importance of being kind to ourselves, keeping promises to ourselves, and trusting that we do not have to carry every burden alone.
I also share a story about meeting a guy at a coffee shop and how that unexpected interaction sparked thoughts about dating, timing, vulnerability, and staying open to new possibilities while remaining grounded in self-worth.
This episode is a reminder that life is not meant to be rushed, perfected, or wished away. Whether you are navigating personal growth, relationships, anxiety, or uncertainty about the future, I hope this conversation encourages you to slow down and appreciate the season you are in right now.

Many veterans continue to fight battles long after returning home. By raising awareness, reducing stigma, and encouraging open conversations, we can help connect more veterans with the support they deserve.
After doing my own independent research, specifically on the men in service, I am extremely unsettled by the staggering numbers of mentally wounded warriors. I would love to have an open conversation with veterans/family members of veterans to find helpful ways to be more involved. Contact me through DMs on my instagram below.

In this episode, I’m diving into the messy realities of modern life. Dealing with mean girl behavior and toxic workplace dynamics and deciding when it’s time to move on to new opportunities. I also share the growing appeal of stepping away from social media for the sake of our mental health. What happens when we unplug? Is a social media detox really worth it? When does social media become too much? Plus, I discuss author Clancy Martin and his powerful book, 'How Not to Kill Yourself', exploring themes of mental health, resilience, and the difficult conversations we need to have more often. I also relate Martin's struggles to my own and find comfort in the fact he has experiences that are very similar to mine. I felt this fitting for the start of 'Men's Mental Health Awareness Month'.
I'm dedicating this episode to any man who has been brave enough to say they need help, is currently struggling, is out of the trenches, or is staying in silence. You matter and I hope you know help is out there for you.

We’re talking about detoxing your mindset, relationships, career choices, emotional habits, and the need for validation. Learning to become more logical and less emotional, to healing your instincts, embracing normalcy, and learning who you are without distractions.
I also open up about the idea of taking a year away from men, rebuilding, and understanding the difference between intuition and trauma responses.
If you’ve been feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck in survival mode, chasing validation, or trying to figure out what you truly want out of life, this episode is for you.

Taylor Frankie Paul, the leader of MomTok and a glorified mormon thirst trap, quickly turned from the life of the party to online meltdowns, social media rants, police interventions, DV cases, and child custody battles. She's graced our televisions on Secret Lives Of Mormon Wives where we've seen the lives of some of the most popular influencers in Utah. Taylor is known for her spitfire personality, accountability, sharp tongue, and no nonsense demeanor. She was even chosen as this seasons Bachelorette, which was swiftly pulled a week before it was set to air, as soon as her infamous DV tape was released by her now ex-boyfriend, Dakota. Her timeline on social media has been very up and down, resulting in her recently crashing out online and lashing out at the people around her, very publicly. It's not only concerning to watch as a viewer and a former fan, but even more concerning to watch her fans (cult) support the spiraling and erratic behaviors. On this episode we'll be outlining observations of Taylor's time on social media, including: addiction to social media, parasocial relationships with her cult following, abuse against children/unsafe environments, weaponizing mental health/trauma, and more. This is not meant to diagnose or figure out what's 'wrong' with Taylor, this is commentary based on observations of behaviors that have been repeated over several years, both on social media, released footage, and television.

We're discussing therapy, emotional shutdowns, mental health stigmas, growth, and protecting your peace. You may enjoy venting to friends, but what happens when you're ready for feedback? Honest, no bullshit, feedback. Therapy is a two way conversation that has often scared people. We find it difficult to open up to 'strangers' because of judgement and shame. But it's brave to seek help and if you've ever wanted to grow, now is the time. Becoming self-aware is a superpower.
