    A. Sarah Everard's murderer will never be freed - BBC News
In England, London, a police officer was sentenced to life in prison for the abduction, rape and murder of a 33-year-old woman named Sarah Everad. The young woman was kidnapped while on her way home from a friend's house. It is suspected that at that time , Sarah was handcuffed for violating the Covid-19 regulations. The police officer, Wayne Couzens (48), initially kidnapped Everard on his way home and handcuffed her on false charges. When performing the action, Couzens was not actually off duty but was wearing a police belt. At that time CCTV showed Couzens showing a police card and then handcuffing Everard before taking her into the car he rented. Furthermore, Sarah was taken away to a remote village area where she was raped and killed. After carrying out his action, Police Wayne carried out his usual activities and even had time to go to the nearest coffee shop. When questioned by the police, he did not admit that he knew Sarah. Wayne had previously also stored Sarah's body in the refrigerator and burned it. Sarah's family, especially Sarah's mother, Susan, was heartbroken by the death of her daughter. It is unfortunate for this innocent woman. The brutal and selfish Couzens are now sentenced to life in prison.
    B. Toxic gas fears as lava from La Palma volcano reaches ocean
Lava from an erupting volcano on Spain's La Palma island has reached the Atlantic Ocean, raising fears of toxic gases being released and explosions. Clouds of white steam were seen rising as a red-hot current made contact with the water in the Playa Nueva area. This could trigger a chemical reaction which can irritate the skin and eyes and affect breathing. Hundreds of homes have been destroyed since the Cumbre Vieja volcano in the Canary Islands erupted on 19 September. About 6,000 people have been evacuated, as the lava was engulfing houses, schools and some banana plantations. Three coastal villages were earlier locked down in anticipation of the lava making contact with the water. Residents on the western coast had been told to stay indoors and seal all doors and windows with tape and wet towels. The advice remains in force, but authorities have played down the threat posed by toxic gases.

Today I took time for morning exercise, cooking for breakfast, doing college assignments, participating in organizations and also exploring my hobbies such as singing, dancing, try new recipes and others. How about you? do you also have productive days? let me know, please.
Icha : Okay, my daily activities are getting up early, sweeping, studying online, doing chores, cleaning the house and helping my parents.
Umi : Aaaa i like it, it turns out that each of us has a useful activity that allows us to practice our abilities every day, right?
Icha : Of course, it makes me excited again and again. Now, what if we talking about our desires or hopes while being a college student. What do you think about it?

Umi : Oh sure, anyway what’s your plans for the future as a public health graduate? What role would you like to dedicate to society?
Icha : Oh yeaahhh. As graduates of Public Health, we must be able to develop and deal with health problems which have always been a crucial issue that has actually been unwittingly an obstacle to the country's progress. In addition, we play a role in preventing diseases that occur in a community group. If I am given the opportunity to contribute to society, I want people to be able to adopt a healthy lifestyle, educate people about the dangers of infectious diseases in the population.
Umi : I’m so speechless, god bless you chaaa cause you are a kind and noble person. About me, I personally have a desire to make the health of the community more secure. Especially in improving the nutritional quality of every human being. I want to be able to help improve their nutritional needs so that cases such as child malnutrition or obesity do not get worse. Therefore, I intend to open a market/shop with the theme of everything about health. From heavy meals, snacks, drinks, and everything related to natural ingredients but still delicious to consume. From this little thing, I want to change the bad habits of people who don't like to eat healthy food because it doesn't taste delicious. I want to change their mindset so that people can get the benefit from implementing this healthy lifestyle.
Icha : Ohhh it’s such as a big dream that must be come true. I will definitely support you. Alright, I don't feel like we've been talking for a very long time, hahahaha. Thank you for your time, hopefully someday we can share with each other again.

    [RUMPELSTILTSKIN]
Once upon a time, there was a miller who had a very beautiful daughter. The miller was known to say excessive things until the news reached to the kingdom. When invited by the king to the palace, the miller said that he had a beautiful daughter and had the talent to spin straw into gold. This impressed the king and invited both of them to come the next day. Arriving at the palace, the king immediately locked the girl to spin straw into gold in one night. This went on for three nights and made the girl feel sad that she couldn't do anything. Fortunately the girl was helped by a strange creature named Rumpelstiltskin. As a reward, the girl gave him her necklace and ring. However, on the third night the girl could not give anything. Therefore, Rumpelstiltskin asked the girl to promise when she became a queen, she would give her baby to him. Then, when she became a queen, Rumpelstiltskin came to collect her promise and asked the girl to guess his name within three days. In short, on the third day the girl got the right name and suddenly Rumpelstiltskin just disappeared. And then the queen, the king, and their baby lived happily ever after.

  • Journal Week 3_Listening Music [Umi Masviroh_6411421036_1A]
Hello, guys! Still with me Umi Masviroh with NIM 6411421036. On this occasion, I will sing a special song with the title "2002" by Anne Marie and "Just Give Me a Reason" by PINK. Not much to say, let's get started.
Dancing on the hood in the middle of the woods
On an old Mustang, where we sang
Songs with all our childhood friends
    Oh, now
Oops, I got 99 problems singing bye, bye, bye
Hold up, if you wanna go and take a ride with me
Better hit me, baby, one more time
Paint a picture for you and me
On the days when we were young
Singing at the top of both our lungs
On the day we fell in love
    Ooh ooh, ooh ooh
On the day we fell in love
    Ooh ooh, ooh ooh
On the day we fell in love
    Ooh ooh, ooh ooh
On the day we fell in love
    Ooh ooh, ooh ooh
On the day we fell in love, love, love
    Oh tear ducts and rust
    I'll fix it for us
We're collecting dust, but our love's enough
    You're holding it in
    You're pouring a drink
No nothing is as bad as it seems
    We'll come clean
Just give me a reason just a little bit's enough
Just a second we're not broken just bent and we can learn to love again
It's in the stars, it's been written in the scars on our hearts
That we're not broken just bent and we can learn to love again
Just give me a reason, just a little bit's enough
Just a second we're not broken just bent, and we can learn to love again
It's in the stars, it's been written in the scars on our hearts
That we're not broken just bent, and we can learn to love again
Oh we can learn to love again
Oh we can learn to love again
Oh that we're not broken just bent and we can learn to love again
After I listened to these two songs, I got a new vocab which I think is still a bit foreign in my mind. After knowing the meaning of the vocab that I didn't know before, I became more immersed in singing it. Besides that, I also look for other songs that have similar words in the lyrics of the song. After I practice it in my daily life, I feel so impressed and get new things too for sure. I also became more excited to learn English through songs. I also like both songs, because they fit my musical taste very well. It makes me not easily bored because in addition to learning the language, I also make it as refreshing. It's great to get a new experience from here. I really like English, especially songs in English. Thanks a lot for listening my cover and hope you enjoy it! See you soon!

Umi Masviroh_6411421036_1A Good morning ladies and gentleman, welcome to bbc news with me umi masviroh who is ready to accompany your day. The theme of our news this morning, is still related to covid with the title "Long Covid in children 'nowhere near scale feared". Let's move to the news, It's BBC....!!
The risk of "long Covid" in children is much lower than many had feared, leading child health experts have said. After the world's biggest study into the issue, the researchers, led by University College London, said they were "reassured". They surveyed 11- to 17-year-olds testing positive for coronavirus in England between September and March. The research suggests somewhere between 2% and 14% still had symptoms caused by Covid 15 weeks later.
Sir Terence said he was already "reassured" suggestions, at the height of the pandemic, that half of children could develop long Covid cases were wrong. "It is nowhere near what people thought in the worst-case scenario". Although, he said, the numbers were still "not trivial" and the issue needed to be taken seriously. Most likely to report persistent symptoms were older girls who already had poorer physical and mental health. Those struggling emotionally and mentally could be more attuned to even minor physical illnesses, the researchers said, and a positive coronavirus test could help trigger that. Of all the children in the study, 40% reported feeling sad, worried or unhappy. And the researchers said it was clear the pandemic had a damaging effect on young people because of: the closure of schools, not seeing their friends, concern about the risk from the virus. This showed how important it was to get "back to normal" and have schools open, Dr Whittaker added.
That's all from me, don't forget to take care of your family's health during the pandemic. See you next time.
