In her role she merges more than 20 years of industry expertise to provide upmost service to new and existing members, actively retaining, and growing a diverse membership body while strategically implementing campaigns motivating active and ongoing participation. 

Prior to The Latin Academy, she worked at Warner Music Group as Publicity & Promotions Associate Director.  Isabel’s background in communications allows her to effectively connect with people. She's had an impressive career in TV and has an extensive resume working in Hip Hop with artists like The Lox, French Montana, Diddy, DJ Kid Capri and many more. She also flexes her entrepreneur chops as CEO of Me + 1, an event planning agency that serves celebrity clients and prestigious brands and has put together some of the best events in the biz. 

In this episode we talk about our 30 year friendship (yes my longest relationship to date lol), our very memorable Memorial Weekend '00 and of course we talk all things Jay-z because let's face it what would a Brigitte and Gaby convo be without a Hova mention.
