1. Worship transforms.

Our soul's deepest longings are always spiritual. What is your soul thirsting for, and how is your thirst being satisfied in God?

"You, God, are my God, earnestly I seek you; I thirst for you, my whole being longs for you, in a dry and parched land where there is no water." -Psalm 63:1

What does it mean to be known? In Psalm 139, we are reminded that God knows us, God is always with us, and God values us. 

"You have searched me, Lord, and you know me. You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar. You discern my going out and my lying down; you are familiar with all my ways." -Psalm 139:1-3
