From a Heart that Knows when you exercise in an area, it becomes a reflex and it will show up in those moments most needed and many times in unexpected places and times.  We don’t think about a reflex, it is a reaction from exercising.

How we begin and close out our day is a mindset, it is taking the “reigns” over your thoughts and “choosing”, which is a big word, “choosing” the direction of where our thoughts will travel

No One Said Easy but now that we know that we don’t spend time having a conversation on what is not possible, our thoughts are dedicated to what is…  Our thoughts are engaged daily “an exercise” in Being Grateful and Deciding what we will allow to reside within.
