Journey in Japan

The Samurai Diamond Male Mentorship Program (SDMMP) has been a massive project in the making. Our up-and-coming content will be featured here to help circulate the fantastic moments we have to build authentic relationships and challenge popular conventional thinking. We refuse to be average, we seek greatness, and seek a community of people excited to grow and progress together.

In this episode, I explore the concept of Internal Design Structures and elements inside our organizations. I utilize a lot of the information I have been learning in my graduate coursework and share my insights and excitement when it comes to how internal design affects everyone in our business ecosystem.

Here is the Prezi slideshow for my notes as well.
