The kingdom of god is within you and to know that we need to understand what are we and what is it that inside us and around us.

So in order to understand this we need to look at three main areas:

(1) To understand about five different energy bodies or panchakoshas five sheaths of the multidimensional maps of the human being from taittiriya upanishad;

(2) a brief overview of its cosmological orientation to the universe from samkhya philosophy; and

(3) we look at the five elements of creation and it's alignment to our body, emotions and energy bodies

You may call or see it as human, animal, god, ishwar, holy book, statue, ritual fire or incarnation (avatar) like Christ, Krishna, Allah, Buddha, Guru nanak, Shiv or formless like soul, spirit, energy all of it is true as eventually at the heart of it is the same thing and complete onepointedness towards it will bring you closer to the truth. “That which can't be created or destroyed and that which has no limits or boundaries of any kind”. This is eventually what everyone is seeking for and is where all the paths with eventually lead to!

This quest and question in all of our heart to constantly want more out of life. It could be more material things or more spirituality or something else but there is always that longing for more
