The real reasons why most men and women are disqualified is because they don't know how to function in a relationship. They are too overwhelmed by past hurts that originated in their first homes, that they can't give full attention to their new lives. This is real and we need to address these issues. I"m your host Crystal E. Melville. I am a sought after spiritual advisor, life coach, parent coach, and mentor with one goal in mind and that is to help you discover your purpose and have healthier relationships. I am also a published author, and Chaplain.

On this journey, I introduce myself and talk about the importance of understanding the need for self-love, and acceptance which will lead to a healthier relationship with yourself and others. As time goes on I share more and more about my own life experiences, which were once plagued by unhealthy thoughts, emotions, and actions. I purposefully examine my unhealthy relationships and explain why I had to exit them. (I go into detail on the "Purposeful Unions Series") I also go over who this podcast is for and what to expect each time you join me. Only God gives man the ability to get wealth. Money and fame can disappear in an instant. It is imperative that we truly understand that without God, we have nothing and will be nothing. A true church, family, and nation prospers when the needs of all parties are met.

The consequences of not attaining self-love or self-esteem are discussed.

Please note that pride and selfishness are not encouraged. Love for God and for one's fellow man is the goal.

We are also encouraged by God's word to have hope and to love one another as Christ loved the church.

Self-love is not narcissism it is a concern and respect for one's well being which is God's creation.
