3 Value Seeds
1. Understand your identity and what you are sent here on earth for and that can only be found in God, who knows your identity more than what society, culture or people identify you to be. So learn to focus not on Goliath, but God.
2. When you know your purpose, you know who you are and you also know who you are not. Because most of the time we spend too much time on who we are not.
3. When you are a leader the intention is to build and not to break.
Enjoy your journey with God!

The Power of Your Print - There are 7.3 Billion people on the planet today. What makes others stand out and others fail? It’s their ability to make an impression in their sphere of influence. Everyone is born with a blue print, fingerprint, thumbprint and footprint. These prints carry your purpose, significance, value proposition and influence. In the Power of your print intervention, Dr Thando deconstructs the 4 major prints of your life to unleash unlimited potential in both personal and business context.
The progressive life axis in summery below:)
* 0-20 The struggle phase (trying to find yourself, who you really are...)
* 20-40 Discovery phase/find yourself (add value, to who you are...)
* 40-60 Significance phase (gift in demand, places significance...)
* 60-80 Legacy phase (building other guys who will run the race you have run, but run it much better...)
1) A healthy Church exists as a result of healthy people. Not just healthy is terms of physical health, but holistically.
2) Some people in their lives don't need prayer, but need a strategy for life. It of very interesting that organizations have strategies on how they can be effective, yet human beings don't have strategies for themselves.
3) Most people define who they are based on their profession, not so much so about who they are. When your gift is placed under demand it creates significance.

3 Value Seeds:
1. You cannot give what you don't have, if you walking around carrying garbage, you cannot give beauty, kindness , forgiveness etc to your colleagues.
2. It's important to be consistent in being spiritual and not react emotionally to conflict situations. Because if you react emotionally it's easy to react physically which can have undesirable consequences in the workplace .
3. Knowing who you are can make it easy to weigh the need to respond or not to respond when being unfairly challenged.
Be sure to tune in to Terry Nkosi's episode on our website headquarters and also head over to our blog, store, resources, events, courses, T.V, The Assembly, The Men's Assembly and of course our podcast available on more then ten online podcast platforms!
