Welcome to the Sunday Catch-Up Podcast!
This is simply a space where I sit down at the end of the week and share what’s been unfolding in my world, what I’ve been noticing, learning, reflecting on, or sometimes just feeling my way through.
I share personal stuff about what's happening in my life, spiritual insights or moments that made me pause and see things a little differently. I laugh at myself and will always end on a learning about my week. It’s not about having everything figured out. In fact, quite the opposite. It’s really just a gentle moment to slow down together before the week ahead begins. A space to breathe, reflect, and maybe reconnect with what really matters.
A little about me I’m Carolina and many people know me as The Soul Coach and the Owner of Quest a little crystal shop in Epsom, Surrey England.
But really, my work is simply about living in alignment with my truth and only doing what me brings me joy. Over the years I’ve realised that so much of what holds us back isn’t life itself, it’s the things we carry… the stories, the doubts, the expectations, the conditioning. And when we begin to gently clear some of that away, something beautiful happens. We start to hear ourselves again. We reconnect with what we truly love. And life begins to feel a little more natural, a little more honest.
Back in 2007 I opened Quest, a spiritual gift shop and wellbeing centre that has grown into a very special community space for healing, learning, and connection. Alongside that, I share my work through courses, this podcast, and my YouTube channel.
But at its heart, everything I do really comes back to something very simple: Helping people reconnect with themselves… clear what’s in the way… and live a life that feels true to who they are. And for me, that’s really what living is all about.
