This week on The Journey Within, I’m taking you behind the scenes of a very full few days from a chilled Friday evening and a beautiful drive to Birmingham, to the magic of the NEC, meeting like-minded strangers and suppliers, discovering treasures from Jaipur and Peekaboo with Arlo… and then a puncture on the M1 on the way home!

Then it was straight back into real life: filming, meetings, work and eventually that unmistakable feeling of I am exhausted.

It’s been such a full week and, actually, an amazing one. There have been some really magical moments, lots of travelling, lots of work and lots of doing. I’ve loved so much of it, but sometimes, no matter how much you’re enjoying life, your body just says, “No more.”

And that’s what happened to me this week. I had no alternative but to stop, listen and surrender.

A little glimpse into my week, the magic I found along the way, and a reminder that even when life is good, we still need to listen when our body tells us it’s time to stop. ✨

Sometimes the most meaningful moments in life are the ones we never planned.

In this episode of The Journey Within, I’m reflecting on some of the beautiful, unexpected moments I’ve experienced recently from wandering through the New Forest and encountering ponies and donkeys, to chance conversations with strangers, moments of kindness and words that seemed to arrive at exactly the right time. This week we laugh at the mistakes we made and cherish those around us too.

It got me thinking about how easy it is to rush through our days focused on where we’re going, what we need to do next, or what hasn’t gone quite to plan and completely miss the little pieces of magic happening around us.

Perhaps life doesn’t always need to give us a huge sign. Sometimes it’s a conversation. A beautiful place. An unexpected meeting. A few words from a stranger. A moment that makes you stop and think, how lovely was that?

This week, I invite you to notice those moments.

Because maybe the magic isn’t something we need to search for.

Maybe we just need to notice it.

What does a magic show, an overenthusiastic bout of clutter clearing, finally creating my palmistry course, running with Will.I.Canand one of those emotions we don’t particularly like admitting to have in common?

Quite a lot.

This week, a trip to a magic show unexpectedly made me rethink the name and direction of my signature course  and reminded me of something I’ve always believed: those who believe in magic will find it.

I’m also sharing what happened when my clutter clearing went slightly too far, why I’ve finally stopped procrastinating and created the palmistry course that’s been sitting in my head for years. 

And finally, I embracied one of those very human emotions we often don’t want to admit to feeling — because perhaps spiritual growth isn’t about pretending we’ve risen above these feelings. Perhaps it’s about being honest enough to acknowledge them.

A very typical Journey Within: magic, mess, manifestation and real life — all rolled into one.

This week on The Journey Within, Carolina and Will finally arrive home after an unforgettable road trip that began on 11th June and took them through the UK, France, Italy and Greece before making the journey all the way back again.

Over the past few weeks they’ve travelled more than 3,800 miles, spent 84 hours together in the car, and collected a lifetime of memories along the way.

From breathtaking scenery and beautiful wedding celebrations to endless tunnels, tolls, coffee stops, croissants, ice creams and moments of pure magic, this adventure has been everything they hoped for… and so much more.

Of course, no road trip with Will would be complete without the unexpected! Just when they thought the adventure was coming to an end, WillICan did something that had them both in fits of laughter. You’ll have to listen to hear the full story!

As always, this episode is about so much more than travel. It’s a gentle reminder that life isn’t about everything going perfectly.
