Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield from naturalintuition.com and I am your Business Reiki Master, welcoming you back to episode 30 of the Journeypreneur Podcast - your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur.
The title of this episode is to Keep It Simple. With love, I don’t really like it if people say "keep it simple, stupid." No! That’s so, kind of, so self-abusive. So, for me I’d like to think of "keep it simple, sweetheart" or "my sweet love." I’d rather be speaking words of love and gentleness to myself, rather than call myself stupid, because there are plenty of negative patterns already out there for me - I don't need yet another one, lol.
It’s a Tuesday, it’s yet another Tuesday and for me, historically, I usually set aside Tuesdays for receiving coaching, attending masterminds, leading masterminds, but not within my business. This is the day for me for networking, for being outside of my business.
Occasionally, I will take a private client on a Tuesday, but it’s only the clients who’ve been with me for many years, who it’s just second nature whenever they are around. I love it. It's like they are just another part of the family, being with me. They’re much more free flowing, much more easygoing, but at the same time super thoughtful and visionary.
I had one of these clients come to the Dojo today, and she was struggling with simplifying her offerings. Sound familiar?

The title of this episode is to Be a Power Plant. Don’t wait for other people to bring the energy. It’s up to you to bring it.
So, earlier this year I went to Funnel Hacking Live for Clickfunnels, and it was really great to see all the different presenters. I highly recommend it; it’s an awesome event for any entrepreneur who's looking to grow themselves and their business. So much fun and such an inspiration.
One of the speakers was the one and only Brendon Bruchard and he, in his book and also in his presentation, he made it a point to talk about being a power plant. He explained that the high-performance people he studied, they bring the energy to the room. And Brendon exemplified this in his presentation even as he came out on stage.
I’ve seen him also speak at the Archangel Conference and he comes out the same way for each presentation. There’s a song that he gets going, and he is jumping up and down and raising the roof and clapping, getting everyone else to jump up and down and clap with him. And they go through the whole song, like, he takes his time to get the crowd excited, right, but he comes out excited.
He brings the energy, he doesn't wait for the crowd to.

The title of this podcast episode is Why You’re So Tired All the Time. I’m here at my Dojo; just got finished with another client session, she was actually sitting right over there. As we were discussing, first going through channelings around what her business blocks were, and really helping release them and then, she’s says "okay and now I need to switch to energy."
And so, as an Energy Coach, I then switched to support her in that, as she shared that she’s been feeling exhausted more and more over the time. She wanted to know why does that keep happening, because she is doing every single thing that she can possibly do to make sure that she is being supported, so, she is not understanding why it continues.
I tuned in to my spirit guides and what I received was actually something that was not just for her, but it was for me and actually for all of us as journeypreneurs - that being, us as conscious entrepreneurs who are on that path to rapid financial ascension because we are serving more people and making massive impact.
The reason why we have been feeling exhausted, the reason why you’re feeling exhausted all the time, is because your output is greater than your input.
And the way that my spirit guide showed this to me in the vision, I related to her, was this: you’re in a house and you keep raising the house higher and higher, keep building up floors higher and higher. This represents how you are doing more in your business: you are sending out more advertising than ever, right, you are pushing out more and more opportunities, more events, more initiatives.
But as you are raising the house, or you’re putting out more than ever, you're doing so without fortifying the foundations.

The title of this episode is Disarming Disagreements. Right now, I’m on my way back from a team healing session. There, I held space for a small team, for them to really ground out this ongoing kind of internal misunderstanding that’s been, gosh, just keeping them on edge.
All the individual team members were really feeling frustrated about this one occurrence that happened, and all of the discussions around it bred further misunderstandings, it was a big communication kerfuffle (as my friend Stacey Martino would call it, "kerfuffle" haha!).
And, oh my Goddess, it was a bit of a marathon session. I think it was 4 hours? Yes! So, I'm feeling a little exhausted now that we are finished, and as I am driving to deposit this check in the bank now - but that’s always a nice feeling, abundance is!
And while I am on my way, I thought I’d just share with you a really powerful shift that we had in the team, specifically around how to disagree, but as conscious people. As in, consciously coming together to disagree in a productive way rather than one that’s adversarial or critical, judgmental, negative, or one that is causing more pain.
We were just really focusing on having a disagreement in a way that is to edify the team as a whole, that reinforces our values. We covered disagreeing in a way that respects one another and helps us maintain a high standard of communication, co-operation and respect.

The title of this podcast episode is Know Your Needs. So, here’s what happened to me the other day. I was in a pickle. I have an office at home. I also happen to have an office outside of the home, but, I work on a lot of, you know, my operations and administrative stuff at home. It’s easy to just, you know, kind of hang out, dress however you feel like and work on the internal stuff at home. And, there was just, so many emails to respond to. So many that I was avoiding, so that I was overwhelmed.
But this was the day. I said to myself, "okay, I am ready to finally do this!" I waited for the full moon, you know, I’ve got my super power drink that’s going to nourish me and give me lots of energy and minerals to keep me focused, and I’ve got my favorite hat on and my favorite earrings on, and I have set aside this time. Today is the day!
I’m not going to see any clients, I’m not going to talk to anybody on the phone, I am going to slay all these emails - and these emails they are not just like Yes or No type responses. These were full-on speaking applications, you know, and other really important but a little bit more involved and complex.
And then... I got derailed by my family at home. Ugh!
