This is a special episode for Alaska Tracy Podcast, Episode #50, and, with my dear friend and mentor Tandy Wallack!
Tandy shares her amazing journey as a successful business owner and how spirituality plays a part in every aspect of her life including her business.
I met Tandy almost 22 years ago and she offered me the gift of mentorship. I had no idea at the time of our meeting how instrumental Tandy would become in all areas of my life. The very first thing I learned from her was how to trust another and ask for help.
Tandy guided me with Grace to take actions that would lead me to leave a career-making oodles of money to start my first business. I was single and had just purchased my very first home at the time. Trust, work, and love helped me take this leap of faith into the world of entrepreneurship 20+ years ago. Tandy has been instrumental in all of the businesses and in my life throughout the years.
Her story is one of service to others, meditation, prayer, and allowing the Universe, God, whomever Power outside of yourself you choose to believe in to guide and direct all decisions. This trust often allows one to end up in an area you never would have even considered going with amazing miracles.
May you be inspired, awed, and moved to take courageous actions by listening to Tandy's story.

What a thrill to interview my current accountability coach Richard Ralston!
I met Richard in a course I took to create and grow my membership site. Visions to Profits, a Women's Success Community. Women seeking calmness, clarity, and prosperity are guided on a success pathway using my Vision Mapping Framework. Each week I offer Focus Forward meetings and I was struggling with expectations of getting the participants to attend.
Richard has been instrumental in helping me to see that I had put unrealistic expectations on them. He showed me a simple process of creating a system to get people to show up. It is brilliant and working.
Richard's focus is on helping people step forward each week to complete one task on the long list of to-dos. I think of him as a Chief Encourager. His specialty or superpower is helping course creators and membership owners to set up Accountability Groups (Pods) that help their members make progress faster so they can get the results they desire sooner.
Thanks for listening! Please remember to click subscribe, share with your friends, and leave a review for this podcast! I appreciate you! p.s. If you are a woman seeking Calmness, Clarity and Prosperity. You are in the right place! Check out Visions to Profits Membership Community.
What an honor to interview Dawn Pensack. She shares her story of how she arrived in the business she has today and how she has achieved inner peace. Dawn attributes her success to the people in her business and life that she is accountable to.
As a former, stressed-out teacher, Dawn left the classroom to figure out how to heal after burnout and a few mysterious illnesses. Finding EFT/Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques) was the catalyst for her healing and after finding health and peace again, Dawn became trained and certified and is on a mission to bring EFT to as many people as possible. Dawn is passionate about helping people find alternative ways to stay healthier and happier. In her spare time, Dawn loves reading, chai lattes, and spending time with her family. When it’s not muddy or icy, Dawn can be found exploring new trails with her horse, Chinook, or enjoying time outside.
EFT is a powerful tool to help with stress and illnesses. After this interview, I shared with Dawn something in my life that has been troubling me and she gave me an EFT session. I had never done EFT and continue to use her techniques to help calm my soul. It works! Curious? Check out her YouTube channel loaded with goodness to help personal and inner peace.
Finding an accountability group to work with weekly has been instrumental in her growth. The group focuses on coaching, mentoring, and cheerleading each other without shaming, however, they push each other constructively. Voxer has been a great go-to that they use throughout the week to help each other to keep moving forward. The group communicates so that true openness is allowed and setting personalities aside is essential. Because of this, each member has made massive progress.
May this interview help you seek the calmness that you desire in your business and life.

Each month in my Visions to Profits Women’s Membership I offer the Membership Community a theme and then focus the tools around that theme. This month’s theme is Structure. Adding structure into business and life can provide inner freedom and even more time to do the things we love.
As I was working on the monthly content for the membership and shoulding myself about giving the community more and shoulding about letting my podcast sit idle for 3 months, it occurred to me to add structure into the mix. I immediately reached out to a group of 2000 business leaders all building membership groups like myself and asked who could help me. Helen was one of the first to offer to be on my podcast and boy oh boy, you will be happy you listened in!
Please check out Helen’s free group Freedom in 5 Social Club where she gives a TON of resources for staying on task using structured tools. I joined and am implementing her daily planner.

Welcome to Episode #42! Mel and I were taking a course to enhance our business offerings and met at the end of the course conference in Toronto! Mel Savage is a Career Happiness Evangelist and CEO of The Career Reset. Mel is the host of The Career Reset Podcast, where her goal is to build a happier world by empowering people to create happiness in their careers. Side note, I had the opportunity to be on her amazing podcast!
Mel spent 20+ years in the Corporate trenches working with companies like McDonald’s, Coca-Cola, General Motors and Ford, working both in Canada and the UK where she spent 1000s of hours honing her knowledge of how career happiness does and doesn’t work.
Her mantra is You can achieve whatever you believe. So believe something spectacular.
Mel is a good ol' Canadian gal who is fun, apologetic, and earnest. She is now a Corporate Career Coach inspiring others to believe and achieve greatness!
Mel's story is one of deciding to leave the corporate world, taking lots of courses to find her purpose, stumbling and being enlightened in the process, doing the hard work necessary to create her business, and BELIEVING in herself! She is inspired by this quote from Steve Jobs, "You can not connect dots looking forward. You can only connect them looking backward. So you have to trust that dots will somehow connect in the future."
Do you know your numbers? I meet with clients all the time who have no idea of their profits and losses from month to month. It took me a long time to understand the importance of knowing my numbers in business. Numbers tell the truth. They tell us if we should proceed with the business or shut the doors.
I had been in business for several years, owned my own home and met my husband, Bobby. I came flying in the door one day and proceeded to tell him how awesome I was! Ha! I said, look how much I made this month as I showed him my PNL (profit and loss statement) from my bookkeeper! I increased by $2000! I was overjoyed. Bobby, who is a CPA, is very business savvy. He did not miss a beat, he pointed to the number on the bottom of the sheet, the NET and said no you didn’t, look what you spent. You spent this amount, therefore you made less than last month. I was SHATTERED . . . and guess what? I did it again with him until I was able to calm down and have him show me how the PNL actually worked. I will never forget that period in business (and our marriage)!
In this episode, I interview Carenna Willmont, CFO at Willmont Financial. Careena shares the story of how she came to be exactly where she is at today and how she helps others to understand the importance of finances. Carenna takes it a step further and discusses goals, values, and spending alignment. She helps businesses to design their accounting systems incorporating her background in neuroscience. She works with the bookkeeper, accounting team, and management to create a budget based on the direction the company wants to go. She has developed a system called Service Leadership to help companies make adjustments to save money, gain clarity, and serve the company in their best light. Carenna believes in putting people first.
What a fantastic insightful interview with Carenna. Listen in to hear how she has taken one company from 7 to 9 million! Carenna is a breath of fresh air, and it was an honor to interview her!
