A forgotten jacket. A replacement. Then the same mistake… again.

In this episode of Journeys of the nSpyteOfs, what starts as a simple travel mishap—losing a jacket on a family trip to Brazil—unfolds into something deeper. After replacing it, only to lose the new one a week later (this time with an AirTag inside), the journey becomes less about the item… and more about the pattern.

From Carnival in Brazil to a rushed decision in Houston… from a quiet moment in the United Club to watching a jacket sit unmoved at Gate 120… this experience moves from inconvenience to insight. Along the way, it exposes the tension between visibility and control, systems that function but don’t serve, and the subtle ways life repeats lessons we haven’t fully learned.

This book focus is on Metabolic Freedom by Ben Azadi. There are integrated thoughts from other sources such as Dr Jasun Fung's books, The Obestity Code (the book I mention about the power of sugar) and Diabetes Code. As well as some of the insights and information i take in from talking to people, listening to podcast, social media insights and synthesizing information.
