Journeythroughthegate's podcast

Jack Kenna has been involved in the paranormal for so many years, it is hard for me to imagine it without him in it. He has appeared as a consultant in the field for shows like Paranormal Survivor, and more recently a regular on Haunted Case Files. With thirty plus years as a Senior Engineering Technician, Jack found those methods similar to those used in the scientific approach to paranormal investigations, and his life long interest in the paranormal genre was renewed by the many groups using this approach. At the same time I personally found out how very down to Earth Jack is, when we met at the Gettysburg Bash ParaCon weekend this summer. We had a chance to have a few conversations on the subject of old school methods verses new, and about having a heart for the human aspect of a haunting. Here we take those conversations to the next level and are joined by my Co Host Steve Stockton, to talk about some ghostly goings on. Find Jack Kenna's many books available on Amazon and Jack on his social media and on your TV when he appears on Haunted Case Files.      Steve Stockton's Books are Available on Kindle As is, We Are all Children in the Wilderness of the Afterlife my book with Steve. My guest James Salsido, a Sci- Fi / Supernatural Author, and Braille Transcriber talks to us about his experiences with Astral Projection, Lucid Dreaming and some ghostly visits from his past. Do our senses get stronger when another one weakens? Do we become more aware in other ways? James has had some wonderful experiences with this and more, he also tells us about his novels and is a listener of this show, with some terrific thoughts on past shows!

A respected and admired reporter, who fought for justice for so many through her remarkable natural talents for deductive reasoning, and her learned ability to fight through the toughest struggles of being a woman reporter in the 40s, 50s, and 60s, in a mans world of violence, corruption and greed. Ms. Kilgallen did it with Hootzspah, she did it with style and she did it with Grace, and quite remarkably, she did it in heels! Dorothy was a loving mother, a forgiving wife, a winning panelist on the famed What's My Line television series for years. Gaining the admiration of her co panelists, and a nation that watched as she unraveled the occupations of the guests with meticulously thoughtful questioning and a style all her own. Dorothy wore many hats in her life. Socialite, Court Room observer, Gossip Columnist, a creator of movies that gave honorable, smarter rolls to woman, and even had a hand in a ground breaking morning radio show that was a favorite nation wide.  As bright a star as hers shown, the darkness of the world she ran fearlessly into closed on her fast, when a personal friend of hers, who happened to be President was executed on a warm summer day in Dallas, Texas. Her brightness was snuffed out behind closed doors , locked with greed and nailed closed with corruption. Till now those doors remained closed, although some barely mentioned her questionable death, just shedding a sliver of light into the darkness of that day, now the doors are wide open and it seems so much is being unraveled that it just may be the force of nature ,Dorothy herself assisting along the way! Could it be that Dorothy isn't done fighting for justice? If she is, she is most certainly finding a way to kick down the doors locked with lies, covering up the deaths of JFK, Jack Ruby and even Oswald. Isn't it just like her to find a way!                                                          A compelling whodunnit and why, with Author Mark Shaw as my guest, we will discuss his books, Melvin Belli: King of the Court Room, The Poison Patriarch, The Reporter Who Knew Too Much: The Mysterious Death of What's My Line? TV Star and Media Icon Dorothy Kilgallen , and his latest, Denial of Justice: Dorothy Kilgallen , Abuse of Power, and the most Compelling JFK Assassination Investigation in History!  Mark is a respected author of over 27 books, a former network television personality and legal analyst for ABC,CNN,and USA Today.  Join us tonight as he reveals what new evidence has come to light, and what did Dorothy know, that got her entangled in a web of deceit, that kept the curtains drawn on the truth, until NOW!
