IMF staff completes it visit to Ghana after completing its half year data review.

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank have maintained their classification of Ghana as a debt distress country, in its latest Joint Debt Sustainability Analysis report.

Sierra Leone (32.4%), Egypt (31.0%), Ethiopia (25.5%), Angola (18.5%) and Zambia (16.2%) were ranked 3rd, 4th, 5th, 7th and 8th respectively.
