Joy Cho is a blogger, author, designer and speaker. Joy’s empire, Oh Joy!, started as a graphic design studio and evolved into what is now a daily blog, providing lifestyle content focused on food, design and fashion. Joy has designed collaborations with a series of brands, including Target, and has also authored 3 books. She and her husband live in Los Angeles with their two daughters, so I loved having Joy to my place to record this chat, where we discuss shyness and social anxiety.
